Relocating

Fitting into a new space

Every location has its own identity, building characteristics, and challenges. The majority of relocations involve combining new and existing furniture, which usually requires some degree of modification and/or renewal (refurbishment) work to fit into the new space.

We begin with a comprehensive evaluation process of the existing design inventory and aesthetic parameters vs. the proposed or required results. This yields a 'GAP' between the present and future that must be closed. Once the GAP is closed, we understand the entire scope of work, the critical 'Hour by Hour' project path, and what needs to be purchased. The GAP is a critical evaluation point for each area of the design, showing us the final fit and finish, and budget for the project. In a nutshell, when it comes to successful relocations, our skill is getting the right product to the job, at the right time, with the right instructions, to the right manpower.
